About Me

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, or LMT for short, and I have written my first book, a memoir titled SHEET LAUNDRY.

One of the most beautiful experiences that we share as humans is the art that is storytelling. I’m excited to share my art with you as well as show you the inside of a profession that has served me so well. 

Other than my passions of bodywork and writing, I am also a wife, a mom, a friend, a hiker, a snowboarder, a traveler, a sourdough maker, a chicken tender, a camper, a laugher at all jokes, an auntie, a girls girl, a ditzy blonde, an advice giver, an animal lover, one of those weirdos that watches reels of people eating, a book reader, a peace loving hippie, and many more things.
