It came to my attention, a couple of months ago that having a social media presence, or a “following” could really help me land a literary agent.
I ignored it for a while because the thought of making reels and videos to share with people more than just my friends made me barf in my mouth a little bit.
But then I was reading The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, and one of the chapters in there made me feel like I just need to do this. I need to put myself out there.
So I did. Now I feel like a total ass hat because nobody knows what the hell I’m doing and to be quite frank, and neither do I.
But, I’m getting a few followers and I am learning a lot.
I do not hate Mel Robbins. I hate it when people inspire me so much that it makes me do something out of my comfort zone.
